Journey to Hope Ministries, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to transforming the lives of youth transitioning out of foster care. Each year, thousands of young individuals age out of the system with little to no support. Through a Christ-centered approach, we aim to bring hope, empower dreams, equip with essential skills, and transform lives.
